What is the ball point connector?

The CCP ball point connector is a revolutionary new design that allows engineers to keep a connection to a moving target. Inspired by a ball point pen we have designed a connector that helps you to create totally new user experiences.

How is the ball point connector used?

The ball point connector is a connector as any other connector and can be placed with SMT on a PCB. We usually recommend a gold plated female mating part to offer the best connectivity. Similar to a ball point pen you have no limitations in terms of movement.

We offer multiple size for all kinds of applications and our pins have been successfully employed in e-cigarrets, robots and many other applications.

How durable is the ball point connector?

Our connectors can last a distance of up to 25 km and more than 10.000 compressions.
